Writing exercise

x1) Stress
When I had business meeting in English, I had stress(I felt stressed). But since I started to study English with you, I feel better and also feel confident.
2) Be stressed out
Whenever I am stressed out, I like to go to shopping mall. Although I do just window shopping, certainly it is helpful.
He was stressed out more and more when his new boss came to his team, because his new boss likes daily report and overtime.
3) Depression
She was unstable and moody, eventually she got depression. But luckily her family and friends knew early and advised her to go to the psychotherapy.
4) Anxiety
I never sit in front of car in China, I feel deep anxiety. If I sit in front of car, you can experience my screaming.
5) Phobia
I don’t have any terrible phobia, but I have a slight trypophobia. When I see that I just get goose bumps.
6) Panic attack
I never heard about panic attack around me. In korea young generation like to use panic and panic disorder in fad words. I think real panic attack is so dangerous.
7) Rehab / addicted
Addicts most of them don’t realize they are addicted to something, and besides that something is drug or alcohol, so it’s very dangerous and maybe take a life. If they have rehab it could be get better, but the most important thing is prevention. The campaign and prevention education program make to avoid something bad that happens.

I don’t have any terrible phobias, but I have slight trypophobia. When I see pictures of clusters or groups of circles together I just get goose bumps.


6) Panic attack
I have never experienced or seen a panic attack. In Korea, younger generations like to use “panic” and “panic disorder” in their daily lives/in their everyday vocabulary/fad words.

I think real panic attacks are so dangerous.


7) Rehab / addicted
Most addicts don’t realize that they are addicted to something, like drugs or alcohol, so addictions are very dangerous and could take a life. If they go to rehab they could get better, but the most important thing is prevention. Campaign and prevention education programs work to avoid relapses.
