I remember the first stage when I came into this company that I worked now. I was totally nervous when I joined this team because each time I opened my outbox I just find hundred of mails that I need to reply and a lot of emergency things need to be done at very quick period. SO, I was always glued to the chair and my team leader just had a talk with me after that. I can make a list that to distribute things are urgent and the others could be delayed for 1 or 2 times. I don’t need to reply all the emails that I got….

I remember when I first started at this company that I work at now. She advised/suggested that I can make a to–do list to organize things that are urgent and the others could be delayed for 1 or 2 days. She also said that I don’t need to reply to all the emails that I had gotten.
