There are many terms connected to emotional and mental health from this article.
1. Stress : it might/could happen when a person is being judged or measured. For example…   If a person is at work they can feel stress easily because they are in an environment where they are being judged often.
2. Stress out : that means they feel more stress than they can deal with. They are overstressed.
3. Depression : a mood disorder, low in spirits, and a feeling of constant sadness
4. Anxiety :  is a state of worry and unease, always waiting for sth to happen
5. Phobias : they are extreme or unreasonable fear or dislike of something.
(Aviophobia, Acrophobia, Claustrophobia, Arachnophobia…etc)
6. Panic attack – sudden overwhelming feeling which is brought on by stress, usually harmless, but a person who is suffering a panic attack might feel like they are going to die.

Boat Sinks in Columbia

At least six people died and 15 are missing after a pleasure cruiser sank into a reservoir near Medellin in Colombia.

People rescued most of the passengers, around 130, and the search for the missing passengers continues. Families, friends and residents are devastated by the incident, which the police are investigating as a crime. People laid flowers next to the lake in response to the incident.

There had been complaints about a lack of life jackets on board the ship.

Difficult words: pleasure cruiser (a boat that people ride to have fun), reservoir (a man-made lake), devastated (very sad and shocked).
