How to make chicken congee

Ingredients: chicken… TBC

Tools/Equipment: knife, cutting board TBC

1. first clean whole chicken (keep the head and feet)
2. fill a big pot with water, boil
3. when the water boils, add the whole chicken, cook for 20-25 min
4. remove the chicken and cool, then cut into big pieces
5. TBC
6. Wash 1/2 cup of rice, set aside
7. In a large pot, add water and rice
8. On a gas ranger/burner, boil the water
9. When the water boils, lower the heat/temperature
10. Cook the rice for 40min-1 hour on low heat
