What did you eat for breakfast?

I ate moon-cakes for breakfast.

I go to school. I am a student.

The mirror I can look at me. I can look at myself in the mirror.

The tap 龙头 can run hot or cold water.

Turn the tap on / off. 打开/关上水龙头

I can open the curtains 拉开/拉上窗帘 in the morning to let the daylight 日光 in.

The clock tells me what time it is.

I can see the fence 栅栏 and the tree out the window 窗玻璃 .

I turn on the fan 电扇 when it is too hot.

I sat at my desk 办公桌 and I wrote a letter.

After writing the letter 信 , I put it inside an envelope 信封.

I put a stamp 邮票 on envelope, wrote the address 地址 and posted it to my friend.

Why is the television not working?

The television is not working because it is not plugged in. 把某物插入插座/插线板

I turn on the lamp 灯 to read a book.

I use a phone to talk with my friend.

In the winter, we use a radiator 暖气 and the fireplace 壁炉 to keep warm.

I use a cushion 坐垫/椅垫 when sitting on the sofa 长沙发 to be comfortable. (in chair) 坐得舒服
