I would like share something about my dear No.2 boss. She doesn’t have a great reputation based on feedback from others. One of the biggest characteristics of her is stubborn, do not listen to other people’s ideas and suggestions, especially an opposing suggestion. another big problem is that she is too arrogant. There is a fine balance between arrogance and confidence, and the longer I get in touch with her, the more I realize that her confidence is actually arrogance. When she first came to work here, everything was wonderful. She was very patient and humble. But after some important projects failed to live up to expectations, she became cautious and emotional. she thinks everyone is cheating on her who always have different goals.
But in a way, she opened my eyes and allowed me to grow, and I learned to read people’s minds from multiple perspectives.
