My main job is planning campaigns for T-mall, but now the leader of another department wants me to help them to run T-mall shop./wants my help(n) to run the T-mall shop.

So they are totally different jobs. So I don’t want to change my job and also/for another reason, the group of our T-mall brand is inexperienced/incapable so I can’t learn new skills.
