I have no idea about how to solve the problem. I think she haven’t enough ability to get promotion. But she has my naked pictures, I felt every decision is hard. If I give her a new position, she will bring us bad KPI. Every team has a evaluation. If she do worst, our team will go wrong and my boss will fire me.

I have no idea about how to solve the problem/I haven’t found a way/solution. Everywhere I go, it’s a dead end. I think she doesn’t have enough ability to get a promotion/promoted./she’s not ready to be promoted/she’s not capable enough./she’s not the right person for the job. But she has my naked pictures, so I feel that every decision is hard./It’s dangerous waters, so I must tread carefully.  If I give her the new position, she would bring us bad KPI/she would make the data messy-> mix up/mess up the data/our work and our entire team would suffer. Every team has regular evaluations. If she fails/does the worst, our team would go down/sink and my boss would fire me.

I realized if I give her a new position, she does the worst. The boss will fire her, not me. So I decide let her promotion.
