A: I actually learned a lot from my last job. I worked there for 10 months. I handled at least 5 big projects in that time, as team leader and executional person. That make me become more well-rounded and grow very fast, but towards the end, I feel a little bit confused about the direction of my work. Everyday I just be pushed to do a lot of things, I didn’t have any time to think more. For example, many process I need to follow up and many detailed entry-level/intern work. That made me have no time to do the real job that I need to do. So now, I’m seeking for some new opportunities.
