Team member A: fat rich guy. He doesn’t have strong ambitions for his career, but this guy has potential for planning and reporting work.

Team member B: A girl. Her title is senior account executive. She is responsible for C social campaigns. She’s not clever but her ego is big/she has a big ego./she is egotistical/She’s not as clever as she thinks(she is).  The way she responds to our client is not the best way./She responds to our clients in a bad/weird/wrong/questionable way. The best way to respond to our clients is to show our professionalism and initiative. After/Given/Provided that she responds to our client’s questions, she doesn’t want to say anymore than what’s necessary/than the minimum required. I talked to her but I don’t think I can change/influence the way she talks to our clients, it’s one of her questionable actions/problems. She’s the worst in this team, because she makes more mistakes than the other two. I have to watch her very carefully and it wastes a lot of my time./Supervising her and making sure she doesn’t piss off our clients is very time-consuming for me.

Team member C: strange. She’s a little girl/young girl but she like Chinese operas and talk shows. These are an old man’s hobbies. It’s very strange. She often confronts me in/on work. She doesn’t want to do any more works if this is out of her scope. -> She doesn’t want to continue her work if it becomes/goes/runs out of her scope.-> If I ask her to do something outside of her scope/area of work/not in her job description, she would refuse./she would be against this decision./she would fight me.
