Q: What is your biggest strength/strengths?
A:  Patience is one of my strengths. I don’t worry about the hard works, maybe not hard, maybe complicated works. I like to communicate with different parties to solve the problems. That’s why it’s hard for me to describe something I hate in my work. It is also very interesting to find the key point when people talk a lot. During the brainstorming session, people talk a lot, my job is to find out the key points. I think I’m a gentle person. I have good temper. I have patience with my girlfriend. She is easily to get angry with her parents, because they didn’t listen to her advice. In this kind of situations, I will help her to handle the issue with her parents. She will say the results to them directly, but I will go through the process to get them understand more. Because for old people, they don’t think quickly, they need time to digest the information. We might need to talk the things from the very beginning to get them understand better.
