I want to change a job and join a global company. In order to achieve this goal, I think English must be necessary/English is requirement./required(adj).

I’m a positive person and I like/who likes learning new things. I’m not afraid of challenging new things at work/I never back down from a challenge professionally. For example, my major is Japanese, but as you know, in work situations, language is just a part of the required skill set, and you also need lots of related knowledge about the specific industry. So when I first started working at this company, I have no knowledge about retail or sales. So I started learning lots of work-related knowledge on my own, mostly by reading book and taking/enrolling in internet classes. And now I can handle some professional work in data management, sales, retail, and company operations. By learning on my own, I think I’m now a well-rounded employee.

I just have no patience, but I tried to overcome this problem. I used to do something by myself and like to push things by myself. I didn’t rely on other people’s work so I don’t want to be affected by other people. So I always handle things by myself. Now I think it’s important to co-work with colleagues and learn some different opinions and communicate with others. So I finished the tasks with coworkers and make more opinion change.

I used to be less comfortable when working with others, but I tried to overcome this problem. I used to do all the work – from planning to implementation- all by myself. I never relied on other people’s work because I feel that my work is my own responsibility, so I would be more confident if I did all the work alone. That’s why I always handle everything by myself. However, through countless real-life experiences in my previous work, now I understand the importance of team work./it’s important to communicate and collaborate/cooperate with colleagues. I realized that difference in opinions/different opinions, even disagreement, would only make my work better. So now I’m welcome to any criticism, and I have become a great team player.

I’m more interested in digital marketing. So I want to get new opportunities to do some work related to this field.

I think this field is development and in the future the most competitive field.
I think this field is competitive and develops very fast. Thus I would get lots of new, challenging learning opportunities.
