Speaking exercise

Q: Self-assessment. Strengths vs Weaknesses. How can you improve? Do you want to improve?
A: I think people are changing as they getting older. When I was a little girl, if you asked me this q, I would say my weakness is like I’m shy, I don’t want to talk to people very actively. But as I grew older, I have been improving on this point. So the strengths and weakness are not permanent, they are just characteristics you owned for a certain period of time. I just turned 32 this year, if you ask me this question for now, I would say my strength would be I am an honest and easy-going person and I’m at hearing to my friends and give them some advice. I’m very supportive to my friends and families. I’ve been a very responsible mother to my kids and also to my parents. My weaknesses are I’m not good at get social with people, I don’t like being a brown noser and my husband always said I have a very bad relationship with my mother in law. He always criticize for this point. All this is about the personality-wise, as for my career-wise, I would say I am a very logic-thinking person and very good at execution. I am willing to collaborate with my coworkers. As for my weaknesses, I would say I have a little bit difficulties in handling pressures, because I am having trouble in sleeping for almost one month.
