A: Today I get up at 8 o’clock. Then I write my homework and ate lunch. Then I went to swimming bisai (competition). I lost. Then I ate steak and egan (duck foie gras), but I can’t eat very spicy crayfish. And we go to library read books. And then I came here.

A: Yes. I don’t know why. I like the teachers here. Nemo is my favorite, because he is a little funny.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?

A: In my free time, I usually play badminton and play computer games.  I can play one hour per day at weekends.

Q: What kind of foods do you like?

A: Salmon (sashimi-sheng yu pian, sushi-shou si, sushi roll – shout si juan), sweet shrimp, snake, hotpot (huoguo), crabs, prawns (big shrimp), abalone (bao yu), clams (bei), shellfish (luo), seafood (haixian). I also like chicken (breast-xiong, leg-tub,skin – pi), dove (ge zi), lamb (yangrou, skewers – chuan), barbecue (sham kao), ox tongue (she). Seafood is my favorite.
