One of my team members is hard to communicate, because she’s too proud. So sometimes when you need to persuade her to do something… if we have a conflict with something. It’s hard to persuade her to accept it. But I have to make her accept it. But she would accept it, but she’s not happy about it. But the results of her work is good. So even though she has this problem, … but it’s her personality.

So sometimes when you need to persuade her to do something… if we have a conflict/different ideas/disagree on about something. It’s hard to change her mind. But I have to make her accept my decision. But when she accepts it, she’s not happy about it./She’s unwilling. But the results of her work are good/her work performance is pretty good. So even though she has this serious attitude problem, I would still like to keep her on… but it’s her personality.
