I get there at 5 PM early.
I’m going there right now (I’m omw)  and I will get/be there by 5.
I will get/be there in one hour.

in the heart – inside

I didn’t see the people leave.

I saw someone leave.

It’s about some people in the work is very hard. So sometimes their body and heart are very tired.
It’s about some people/people who work very hard/whose work is very hard.

You don’t social with you don’t like people to do anything.
If you don’t social with someone, you wouldn’t socialize anyone.
You need to socialize with people in your circle, even though you don’t like it.

My work helps me make more friends in my field.

My agency all of young people
There are many young people in my agency.
