Q: Why did you quit your previous job?
A: I look at my previous job, I think it was a great prospects. I have set up a standard operation manual for the departments to help them make a good efficiency. However, in the last five years, my boss hasn’t expanded the business for the company. Though I think my value in this company is decreasing. However, I still want to improve my skills in a certain field. So I want to quit the previous job to find another one which can shows my values and improve professions with the company.
