Writing exercise

English test in China is always talked about by Chinese, because we usually don’t know how to use English in our daily life even though we learned English. We call it examination-oriented education(look up)and it can’t prove our English leverl . Actually my english was not very poor when I was a senior high school student. If the full score of a test is 150, I could get at least 120. The English teachers’ method of education is that they taught us not to read the articles when we are doing reading tests in the exam. They let us choose the answer without reading and they taught us some answering skills.
In order to take the national postgraduate entrance examination (look up)I have to memorize words every. It’s hard to me because I always forget words right now and sometimes I still don’t know the meaning of the word in a sentence even though I remember the word.
The funny thing is that sometimes I know the Chinese meaning of the word but I can’t translate it in English. It is a sad thing.
