Q: Do you think young people today are healthy? Are their life habits healthy? What is important in keeping healthy? Are young people following? Are you?

A: I think half to half. Because it depends on their life habits. For example, foods habits, today we deal with the fast environment. I work all day from 9am to 6pm. I just have one hour for lunch I need to eat fast food, for example, fast food, kfc or McDonald or some pizzas. That’s all have high calorie food. It’s not healthy for us. When I finish the work, go to home, it’s too late. I don’t have enough time to do exercise. That’s a bad circle. And we have a bigger pressure. It’s very dangerous for our mental. If we want to get a healthy life, we must adjust life-and-work balance. About work, we should adjust our emotion in a bad situation. About life, if we have enough time I think we should go to natural environment to keep healthy. We can give us a long vacation for relax. Maybe I think, for the young generation, I think we are following the good healthy. I’m trying to follow the good way, but I think I need to have time to do.

For example, / Personally, I usually work all day from 9am to 6pm./on work days, I’m in the office all day from 9-6. I just have one hour for lunch , that’s why I always eat fast food, like instant meals, kfc or McDonalds or pizza. They’re all high-calorie food./That’s a lot of calories. Of course/obviously I know it’s not healthy for me. When I finish the work and get home, it’s already too late. I don’t have enough time to do exercise. That’s a bad cycle. Due to the work pressure, we need to relax our bodies and our minds. It’s very dangerous for our mental(adj) health. If we want to get a healthy life/keep/maintain/stay healthy, we must adjust life-and-work balance. For work, we should adjust our emotion in a bad situation. For life, if we have enough time I think we should go to natural environment to keep healthy. We can give ourselves a long vacation to relax. Maybe I think, for the young generation, I think we are following the good rules. I’m trying to follow them too, but I think I need to have time to do more.

I have to fix a lot of problems everyday. Nobody help me and no answer. I don’t have successful. That’s why I use of lot of time to focus on the one thing. And I think I have reason to.
