Q: What would your friends say about you?
A: My friends say I am a very independent and thoughtful person. Among my friends, I think I’m doing very well, not only financially but also career-wise. And I’m also a very supportive friend, and I’m willing to listen to my friends if they have any problems or want me to give suggestions for their difficulties. I don’t have many friends, but I have two very ones. We’ve been frds since we were in high school, they’re also in SH right now, so we can really support each other and I think we can be friends forever

Q: Describe a typical day in your work life
A: When I get to work in the morning, the first thing I would do is to check emails. Normally I would spend 1 hr dealing with emails. After this, I will give myself a to-do list for the day and start to proceed with all the projects. So I will leave 2 hrs for myself to clear all the solutions for my projects. So that’s the morning in my day. In the afternoon, I will have 2 – 3 meetings with agencies and with my colleagues. So this is more discussion and meeting time for the day. After all these meetings, I will go back to my to-do list and finish all the things that have been listed on the to-do list. So basically, start with the email checking and prepare what I should finish during the day, then I have meetings, and then I finish my work.

A: When I get to work in the morning, the first thing I would do is check my emails. I would get around 20-30 emails per day, some of them are only informative emails, but around 50% of them require my attention and reply. So I’m very used to replying to countless emails and multitasking/dealing with numerous different matters at the same time. Normally I would spend 1 hr dealing with my daily emails. After this, I will make a to-do list. This is the most important part of my daily routine, because I’m a very organized person and I plan my time thoroughly each morning. I think it improves my work efficiency a lot.  After making the list, I will proceed working through it, one task after another. So that’s the morning of my day./So that’s my morning. My afternoons are usually spent in meetings, with agencies and with my colleagues. We have a lot of matters to discuss and everybody gives their input. After all these meetings, I will go back to my to-do list and finish all the undone things. When my list is completed, I would be happy to go home.
