Q: A company you would want to work for/ What do you look for in an ideal job? A: I worked in luxury company before, but now I have been working in instrument industry. I found I am not suitable in this industry. Luxury industry and instrument industry, they’re very very different. I think in luxury industry, they have a very high education and a lot of company, they have a good policy and benefits. () I remember I worked in Brightling, I thought I was very happy because their culture is very traditional. Compares now, I have been working here for 3 years, I didn’t get the same feeling. This is why I think I am not suitable in instruments industry. I have a plan, I will go abroad for study for one year, and then I will apply new job in luxury industry, for example, LVMH or dior … I think that’s working experience is very good. They are different industry. I have learned more things in their two companies. I think next job, I will do better.

A: I worked in a luxury company before, it’s called Brightling. It’s a luxury watch brand, as I’m sure you have heard of it. Regrettably, I quit the job a few years ago and I have been working in the instrument industry for almost 4 years. Obviously, these are two very different industries. Having worked in both industries, now I know my dream company and my nightmare company.  I think in the luxury industry, they have a very high education standard/level and a lot of companies have good policies and benefits. I remember when I worked in Brightling,  I was/felt very happy because their company culture is very strong. I really like their ideology, the story behind the brand. Because I love the company culture so much, I feel like I want to work there my whole life. Compared to my company now/In contrast,/On the contrary/ Whereas now, I have been working in the instruments industry for 3 years, and I haven’t gotten the same feeling. I found that I am not suitable for the instrument industry at all. Everyday at work is a struggle. So now I have a plan, I will go abroad for study for one year, and then I will apply for a new job in luxury industry, for example, LVMH or dior … I think that working experience is very good.  I will be able to learn more things in their two companies. I think next job, I will do better.
