For times:

SVO
– for any one idea, ONE VERB
ie. I like(v) playing basketball (o)
ie. I like to play (one cont. verb) basketball.

GO/COME
– in relation to WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW AS A SPEAKER

“You don’t like Mexican food, right?”
– No, I don’t

“Do you mind if I sit here?”
– No, I don’t mind. No, go ahead.

I like him too. = I also like him.

I don’t like him either. = me neither (= either+no).

I never(no+always) go to work.

TENSE:
– for events, not for facts
ie. I am a graduate of AAA university. I graduated from AAA university.

“What did you study in university?” – “I studied/majored in art”
“Why can you draw so well?” – “I have studied art before.” <— so now I can draw very well.

“I went to HK last week, that’s why I wasn’t here”
“I have been to HK… HK is great…”

“I have been there before”
“I went to the trendy restaurant last night.”

Before, I had business trip went to America first. Then came to China and go back America again.
Before that/I went to Mexico, I went to America first on a business trip/I had a business trip in the US first.

I think the most beautiful beach, which was the best in Mexico,  was/is right in front of our hotel.

Many food you put chili. For example, mango add chili.
Chili is added to a lot of dishes./They add chili to everything./A lot of food has chili. For example, chili is added to even mango.

“How long was the flight?” 15 hours.
My trip need 15 hours in flight. -> It took/was 15 hours.
It is a 15-hour(adj) flight.

I have a lot of meeting in my company, but sometimes I didn’t intensive in the meeting.
I have a lot of meetings in my company, but sometimes I don’t focus/concentrate in them.

A: My best friend name is Angelina. She is Korean. We know each other in Philippines. We are together study English in Philippines about 3 month. She’s character is really nice. She has a positive thinking. We always talk about future. How to get happiness in our life. Because we don’t like company culture, we want to have how to run a store, like open a coffee shop, or some guest house.
