- Background:
1) Industry: With the development of healthy conception is increasingly popular in body-shaping-lovers and office worker groups, people are getting more cautious about foods’ choosing and paying attention to their health. Healthy foods like yogurt or salads are becoming a new trend to replace the traditional dinner or afternoon tea gradually, and the needs of yogurts’ diversity is growing. So, the yogurt market may have chance to being an increasing market segment in healthy food market in near future.
2) Competitors: there are lots of yogurt products already appeared in the healthy food market. However, most of them are either traditional or taste heavy, or very similar with juice or drinks. They just adding some fruits or nuts as toppings on yogurts, not too much creativity in products’ merchandise. Poople would feel tired if they chew toppings too long time.
So, my yogurt brand would mix the healthy ingredients with yogurt together, taste more feel like milkshake rather than traditional yogurt.

- User portrait: The user portrait of my yogurt brand would be the middle-class youthful groups:
1) Age: The age range of my target audience would be 18-40 years people.

One day, I went to my SSAT camp. In the morning, our group has Reading session for 2 hours, which is 9:00 to 11:00. We have a 10 minutes break to buy our lunch. Same as always, I called my mom and told her to buy me a cheese cream pasta from Wagas. Then, we have Math session for 1 hour, from 11:10 to 12:10.

During the Math session, we’re looking outside and waiting for the food to come, because we’re all hungry at that time after study for a long time. I was very excited for our lunch period, which is the happiest time of the day for us, because we can use our phone to watch video or play video games. Finally, voila, we get to 12:10. It means we can go eat. We run to the food and try to find ourselves. A lot of people in my group buy Wagas at that day, so it’s hard for us to find out whose food is it. I open two paper bags and…… Too bad those are all not my food. They bring their food into the room and start eating. I was very anxious. My teacher told my food is almost there. And she went downstair to pick up my food. Yes! My food is finally here. I destroyed the paper bags because I was too hungry. I want to eat them all right now. as soon as I take out my food…… I take back my word, I don’t want to eat them now, because my mom buys me the wrong food for me. ‘Other people all have the food they want to eat, but why I don’t? Why? Why? Why?’ I yelled loudly. I was very mad cause of that. I can’t even think about why my mom do that. I become more and more angry. Finally, I can’t control myself anymore. I start destroying the room: I break some pencils, rip the paper, throwing the book everywhere, kicking the desk and the chair. Once I pushed the book down to the ground, the book hit a highlighter and the highlighter also goes down to the ground and it get destroyed also. That pen is Ryan’s. When he gets into here and saw his highlighter. He yelled: ‘what did I do to you? Why you have to break my highlighter?’ I said: ‘You don’t even know my feeling! What are you going to feel if this thing happens on you?’ ‘But what do you think my feeling is after my highlighter get destroyed for no reason and I didn’t do anything! Shut up!’ Ryan yelled at me. I feel very sorry about Ryan’s highlighter after I calm downed.

You have to pay for what you did. So, I spend my own money to buy a whole pack of highlighter for Ryan and give it to Ryan at the second day.

We live in an age of high development of agriculture and industry, and with the political changes in the world, some people believed that countries and governments should produce enough food for their own people instead of relying on imports. But countries producing their own food may not be sufficient at all, and other solutions should be considered at the same time.

The supporters think that the countries should produce food for all population might because can have less pollution on the Earth. From the pollution aspect, there is too much energy and resource will be used and wasted in the global transportation, such as the coal, gasoline ,petromleum. And it will cause great pollution to the environment, and produce all food for population also may bring more job for people.

However, from the reality aspect, it is infeasible and difficult. Not all countries have the same geographical features and climate, .For example, some tropical foods cannot be grown in cold places, and even if have the similar condition, may also can’t have the same quality. So the import food can satisfied people to eat food from different place and it also can bring the enough nutrition to the people. From the politics aspect, the countries on the Earth are connected with each other, people have the chance to trade, which can both to enhance relations between countries and promote the economy. In terms of producing all the food for population ,have the import food seems always have the advantages.

All in all, people rely on the import will have some problems, but it also will bring benefits and happiness to people, and may technology will solve the problems on pollution in the future.

College students have already had heavy loads to finish their professional courses in their field. For instance, a computer-majoring student not only needs to complete the homework but also needs to spend amounts on working on practical projects. With the busy schedule of their fields, it’s unfair to force them to take additional history courses. College students should spend their spare time on things which they are interested in instead of being required to have history courses.
Secondly, history courses may generate extra expenses. Nowadays, we have hundreds of ways to get information for free. Usually, we are not expecting to cost money on an irrelative course. It’s more reasonable to set history courses as elective courses, students can freely choose them if they have enthusiasm in this field.
In conclusion, history courses can be beneficial to college students but not necessary. We should deliver knowledge properly instead of setting it as a required course. college students deserve more freedom to schedule time to enjoy college life.

When we believe in something with no reasonable and logical explanations, and we never have experience related to them but still have strong feelings about them. Those beliefs is superstitions. I think being superstitious is an obsessive disorder. People can’t see things rationally and have no ability to doubt them. It’s all because the foundation of the beliefs are based on emotions, especially based on their fear.
People who are taken control by their fear easily, also being superstitious easily. They need something to support them to against to their fear so bad, so they lose their judgement.

There is an example to describe how I define superstition and spiritual beliefs.
Many Asians believe in karma. I see karma as a neutral existence, it just a result which reflects what we did. But some people believe it’s a terrible thing, and it must be prevented. Somehow they believe there is a magic can make karma disappear by just doing some rituals (and most of the time they only pay for others to do the rituals). They even don’t understand why the rituals works. They don’t care.

You can see how different between being superstitious and believe in spirituality. The former one is just for satisfying their needs. But latter one is living in it.

Those kind of jobs which with high repeatability or have clear rules and SOP, mean they’re easy to be replaced by computers. But that’s the old idea. AI now can solve more problems that human can’t. Especially in big data area, they can make some decisions just by analysis the big data they collected, even they can learn by themselves. In this scope, they do better job than human, because they aren’t influenced by emotions or make logical mistakes. Luckily, AI still can’t think creatively and build up good relationship with humans yet. So except those jobs which need the creativity and interpersonal relationship will be replaced.

Because of human’s curiosity, I don’t think we can stop AI’s evolution. We will stop them only if we found a big threaten from them. Although I still doubt it, we all know the earth warming is killing us but few people care.

Actually, I believe our civilization is inverted. We have all but we pretend that we don’t have anything. We create so much pollution just for buying an apple from supermarket which it’s so easy for our ancestors to pick off from a tree.
We claim technology is leading us to the happiness, but more and more people also get ill because of it. I wonder if we should be afraid of that AI is taking away our jobs or we should worry about AI is taking away our life more.

I don’t think saving money is hard when someone’s income is high enough for satisfying the basic needs and daily goods. However, to control the desires is really difficult sometimes. We always get new desires after we earn more. If we just spend all the money on what we what, we can’t save any single penny. That’s why we need a financial plan. If we got an aim, we know the direction where we’re going to achieve.
But saving money only is not going to make you rich, we have to assign our money on different investments. low risk investment is necessary to keep your money flow stable, like saving money or savings insurance. I also do automatic investments plan for my medium risk invest. Compare to stocks, I prefer fund more. Because I don’t have much time to stare at charts all day, I invest fund for high risk part.
In this era, money flow is important than fixed assets. Especially, most of the time the fixed assets is a big debt, because it doesn’t earn money, it spends. We have to learn how to create passive income, not just saving money.

Maturity is not a matter of age, but instead, of how you choose to respond and react to various life situations. I think the signs of a mature person are reflected on below aspects, which not only are applied in our daily life, but also in our work.

1. Emotion:
A mature person could have a good control on their emotion, even we faced some bad situations like the arguement, rejection and other worse scenarios. Instead, we would calm down quickly, then may work out a solution.

In general, we will say someone is mature enough when he/she can deal with their own problems independently. But most of the time, we say someone is mature, it means they have high emotional intelligence quotient.

No matter in what kind of occasions, a mature person know how to express themselves without offending others. They know how to communicate or negotiate with others rationally even when they’re angry or depressed. It doesn’t mean they don’t express their feelings. Sometimes people can’t divide what different between a reasonable person and a suppressed person. It has been one month since last class.
During this period, I went to Da Li, a small city in Yunnan province, and stayed there for one week and had a very nice holiday. Dai has a lot of nature, Erhai Lake, Cangshan Moutain, old town (Dali Ancient City).
We all know the travelling benefits. Travelling can help us to relieve the stress, make us happier, let us recharge ourselves. But frankly, this is my only one trip in the past two years. It is unbelievable that I didn’t left shanghai for over 2 years since last trip.

Actually, I don’t know what does it mean. I suppose it is just like”grow up“ or “be mature”in one way to say. People will say so when a guy is being to childish or weak, and when a woman is being too tough or rude maybe. I don’t see any problems with being too tough in life, maybe it’s not a good option in relationship which people expect a girl should take care her partner. But childish is a big problem in any kind of situation. So we can see in traditional values, people still think relationship is more important to a girl than a man.
In my experiences, girls will be complained to being too quiet or too clumsy for serving the guests in a family or friend’s meeting. But guys are allowed to be bad at treating people, and be silent in whole meeting is a good merit to a man, it means you’re honest and faithful. I’ve watched Trevor Noah’s video last time and the guest talked about there are many guys who in the USA don’t do recycling, because they think it’s not masculinity enough. To label recycling as a girlish thing that’s one of the most stupidest things I’ve ever heard. I don’t understand why they obsessed with being like men so much. The behavior is not cool enough already, it just like a kid trying to pretend an adult. I believe only a low self-esteem person will try so hard to prove himself.
Actually, I’m a feminist. But it’s not like “ rumor has it “ that feminists are those women who are never satisfied and threatening to men. Feminism is not equal to the right of women, it’s not the opposite of patriarchy. It’s a big translation mistake.
The feminism’s definition in philosophy is caring for all disadvantaged groups, including LGBT, children, disability people and those people who suppressed by sexism.

I would tell myself to study English harder and take the opportunity to study aboard or join the Au-pair plan. Because I always dreamed to go to Europe and work when I was child. I love to observe people who are around me or on the internet. I found people used to live their mundane life, and stuck on a fixed habit pattern. I believe that makes people living in the different classes. It’s not something like apartheid, it happens naturally that we can see in our society. For example, the poor people are always trying to save money and the riches usually don’t save money, and even more, they borrow money for investment. We can see their financial concepts are not the same, these make the results so different.
Actually the deterministic point is not about their behaviors, it’s about the way they think and what in their minds. There is a phycology study said, people will look for the evidence for what they believe. Like a nationalist believes that he/she needs to protect his/her Country, and then he/she will find so many attacks to his/her Country from others. Because he/she already has the hypothesis, it’s written in the blood, so the system is going to operate that way.
In my company, I found managers and normal staffs see things in very different perspectives. Normal staffs usually see things from their own perspective, but managers think about various possibilities and they’re more open-minded. I started to learn how they think and see things, and finally knew my weaknesses afterward. I stuck on some opinions which come from my experiences, and they’re not real. Such as, I believe that people must work hard and they earn money or they get promoted. However, it’s not true. There are some people earn money from stocks, and many rednecks still stay in the same positions for many years even though they work so hard. It makes me wonder what the deterministic points involve between those who stay the same forever or get worse and those who get better lives. Step by step, I finally understand why all high level classes don’t teach people how to do, they only show people a new perspective and attitude. Because what thoughts in your mind will decide what kind of person you are and how long you can go. I start to think consciously, and focus on the deep meaning behind my behaviors.
“Why I feel angry about this? Why can’t I just take this in humorous way?“. Every questions I asked myself helping me to understand my intentions. It also gave myself chances to progress and let go some toxic thoughts. It took me not much long time to get promoted after I started training myself this way.
So this is my observation of the social class, it’s all about the ideas in one’s mind which decides one’s achievement.

Additionally，the sharp development of mobile Internet also shaped an opening social environment that facilitate generation z who called net natives to grow into another type of people differentiated from other generation totally.

Unlike the previous generations, generation Z harboured a more tolarent, confident, expressive，they were the generation who abandoned some conservative burdens. For example, it was readily for millenials to accept certain new technology such as bitcoin and VR. And moreover, in social platfrom, you awalys observed some young people gatherd to initiate topic discussion.

Young were so brave to expose their feelings and emotions to others that they were able to dispel some negative feelings generated from their surroundings in time.

But for other side, it was hard for generation Z to distract their attentions from internet, due to the digital times came, we can do everything by ourselves and everyone is an island, they are capable of insulated themselves in a very limit field.Especially the generation Z, they even eat take-out every day to fill their stomachs.Some data from Ele.me revealed that some generation 90s and generation Z ordered approximately 1000 takeouts every year.

I think it is the good challenge for us to relocate to Japan.

Firstly, the risk of Chinese government restriction is bigger and bigger in K12 education sector, it is a good decision to close business now to control the amount of loss. Also, I am very pessimistic about the future of Chinese economy.

Secondly, the environment and cost of child education in Japan is not so competitive and reasonable rather than in China,

In our family, my husband and I work as team to take care of two children. We have two kids including a boy and a girl. Though there are more than two age gap between brother and younger sister, they play together well. My parenting style is similar with my husband and we work in the same company. So we commute to work and go back home at the same time. We reach an agreement on parenting style and we work as a team. If we are all available, we accompany them together. I always tell people the reasons that I left Taiwan are because of my dream to work abroad, salary, werther and cockroaches. Same are the reasons I love about Shanghai.

Compare to Taiwan, the weather is not so wet and rainy in Shanghai. I can’t bear any seconds to walk outside in summer in Taiwan, it’s just like in sauna. And in summer, there are a lot of crazy huge cockroaches haunt around when night comes, even some can fly. They’re completely living weapons, I’ve died thousands times in those years.

However, seasons in Shanghai are more obvious and safer, in addition, I love plane trees a lot, which you can see on both sides of the streets in French concession. And there are many old houses that combined with Chinese and western styles, they call “Lao yang fang”, it means old bungalow.I usually go to the area to have a cup of coffee or just walk around and enjoy the vibe there.
Besides, there are many people from different countries that makes this city so international and interesting. I have more possibilities to experience something that I never know before.

In Taiwan, I lived with my mom and my sister, it seemed no reason to move out and live alone, because the salary wasn’t good in average in the island Country. It’s totally different from the life in Shanghai, I really enjoy to live alone and the income is more reasonable than my hometown. I feel that I’m totally independent individual and my life so balance now. I can even got savings which wasn’t so easy to have before I came to work here.

There are still some reasons, like the roads here are much wider, shared bikes are everywhere that is so convenient and didi taxis are cheap and so on.

Anyway, except of Shanghai, I don’t want to move to any other cities in China.

Recently, majority people focus on the news that BCI appeals to organization members disusing the products from xinjiang cotton due to slave labour. Though it is not truth, it still has impacts on China.

It is no doubt that it has negative impact because it is a piece of bad news. In the short term, some companies of this organization have issued statements that they would reject to purchase and use the products which are made from cotton in Xinjiang.

There are, however, several positive impacts. All aforementioned negative effects are temporary since there are too many evidences that cotton picking is almost entirely industralized. It is a more economical way so that cotton has been picked up by machine for a long time. This mistake negative news that has a lot of online presence causes much more people noticing chinese cotton, fabric and trading industries.

Let me begin by saying that this is a political bias. In addtion, I believe it has more positive than negative effects. False statements are easily exposed by the public. Furthermore, the key point is profit in business. The cotton in Xinjiang is very popular due to its superior quality and competitive price, therefore, this is no reason to quit purchasing it. For consumers, the only thing about clothing they decide to buy is the qualities, styles and prices. Meanwhile, China is a big market for clothing industry. If those organization members persist with their boycott, it means that they will give up chinese markets. It is not worth it.

In conlusion, this political issue would not cause a big wave all over world, and it is just a news passed quickly.

There were 5 motorways on the whole(M1, M2, M3, M4, M5). M2 and M5 had the most incidents at 17 per kilometer. After they were introduced to new lanes, the number of traffic accidents on M2 had a light drop to 15 per kilometre, which was the least obvious one. On the contrary, there was a sharp drop on M5 reaching 7 per kilometre. M1 ranked the third most incidents number at the beginning and plunged to 5 per kilometre. Some think government should take responsibility for it, since most people are exposed to art circumstance at some public sites, such as theatres, museums and galleries. These places normally collect many antiques and and artwork, which can represent the culture, history and heritage of a city or an nation. It is no doubt that such a large amount of money should be invested by government. Furthermore, it is not easy to see returns on investments in the arts field. If governments do not pay bill for it, those creative artists might be give up their struggle for artistic creation. Without their funding, our cities and nations would be less interesting and attractive.

Others, however, think these funding should be provided by other sources. One of the reason is that the return on art investment is high, it means that people earn much money by auctioning or selling artswork. It is reasonable to invest by these beneficiaries. Another is because government have much more concerns, such as infrastrature, eduction, healthcare and so forth. Compared with these, arts is more like a luxury. If the limited budget of the government is too much allocated to the art industry, other basic industries wil be affected.

In my opinion, although there are good reason for why creative artists should rely on alternative sources of financial support, government suould play a more role on this issue. The government imposes taxes on arts trade and business so that there are enough money to support for the development of the cultivation of artists. Meanwhile, these artists will devote themselves to social activites organized by the government to publicity the culture and history.
