Come up with a possible scenario that would come up in work, and discuss it on the spot. This is to train the mind to quickly think in English.


Vocabulary

Bluff- To pretend you can do something you cannot.

e.g. He told us if we didn’t lower the price, he would go to a competitor but he was only bluffing.

Aware-Know of something that is happening.

e.g. Please be aware that everyone must work overtime next week

Preferable- Something that is better than something else

e.g.  It is preferable to pay a higher rate than cause a delay in delivering the merchandise.

Today, we received BSA (Block Space Agreement) from an airline company (Nippon Air KZ).

Draft copy:

-Air freight rate from Shanghai to USA and Europe

Are both of these reasonable?
