e.g. I have talked to him
(See below, and use other examples)

Start with a speaking about the holiday so that there will be lots of past tense.

Finish the speaking below.

Grammar

Talked vs. have talked – “talked” refers to something you did one time, and which is now done; “have talked” just means that you did the action at least one time (you actually did it), but you aren’t talking specifically about what you did
e.g. I talked to him about the new reports (I did this once, and this is what I want you to focus on: what we talked about)
e.g. I have talked to him about the reports (I did this at least once, and I want you to focus not on what we talked about, but that I actually did this thing)

e.g. I went to England (one time, one trip; I am focusing on the specific trip, this one trip)
e.g. I have been to England (one or more times; I’m focusing on the fact that I have been there)

Don’t use “the” with names:
e.g. Nick, Candy, England, Jiao Tong University

Analysis vs. Analyze – noun vs. verb

Speaking exercise

I am very happy today, because holiday is coming soon. Actually, I have another good reason for me. I have talked about one project with my boss and we made alignment on something. This is first time we have a same thoughts. We are doing some project analysize. I thought they are missing some things, so I have think and write some new information in this morning and talk to him in this afternoon. My suggestion or my comments, he fine/agreed my comments/suggestions. Actually, we want to do something then we need to set up our clear target. I found our team go quickly to next step, but we didn’t have deeply analysis for our target market and our target clients. Then I did the deep research of this parts and provide some conclusion to him. I think this is very important to guide our direction and our next product line. When we understand our target market, our target clients, we will develop right product to them.
