Course suggestion: Exercise based course, Writing and reading homework.

Improve One point for each category in one year.

Listening:

1. Listen to the teacher tell a detailed story in class and tell them the important details you heard.

2. Watch a video online, where you write down the words you are hearing and check for mistakes after.

Speaking:

1. Speaking practice in class: Every other class tell a short story about something in your life. Work, childhood memories, family…
2. Conversation practice: Learn how to reply to questions and follow up questions.

Reading:

1. Read an article in class, practicing pronunciation and reading speed.

2. Read an article at home. Prepare some discussion about it for next class.

Writing:

1. Submit practice emails to be corrected for grammar and word choice.
2.  Summarize an article or chain of events about something that happened to you.

gradually – a slow change over time

eg: If you save a little money every day, you will gradually start to have a lot of savings.

every other one – this time, but not next time, (repeating)

eg: I will go to boxing class every other Saturday this month.
