i think the most popular work is to work in the IT companies, i think because first the young people think the job is more creative and there are a lot of things they can learn from the it companies and also the salary is higher than traditional companies but at the same time the young generation make money so easy and they dont want to do the job from the basic, they just want to learn something new and make quick money and they are easy to quit the job because they are not prepared to face difficult times.
