The business always have a large competition. You need some Basic conditions to achieve your orders which include quality, price, delivery time and decider. Most of time decider is always a key conditions in the business competitions, because they decide which one of proposal is more suitable, even though you think you is more better than others.
In China this condition is really important. If you have enough relationship of Human Resources maybe you will get some more orders.

It is also beneficial/important to have a good/decisive team leader. Most of the time, team leaders/managers are always a key component in business competition, because they decide which proposal is more suitable, even though you think yours is better than others.
