Vocabulary

kick out of sth – to be forbidden from sth / to be removed from or taken away sth or some place
eg. The loud man was kicked out of the quiet church.
eg. My coworker was kicked out of the game.


eg. He was kicked off the basketball team for yelling at the coach. / He yelled at the coach so he was kicked off the team.

Writing exercise

What about your advantage and shortage?
For advantages, I think I am a positive person. when I meet problems, I always thought It was how to solve it instead of complaint. I am a hard worker and can work under high stress. When the aim of sell is high for me. I always think if my coworkers can do it, why I can’t. So I just try my best to do. I am a honest person, not only for my company but my clients. In the past of years I have been a sales woman, I really thank for my clients’ help. Maybe they help me it’s because I am trustworthy, they believe me.

Shortage
After over seven years I have been a sales person, my character have changed more extroverted, but I still be shy, so sometimes I want to fix problems by myself. For some aspects, it is not good, maybe I should change it more

What are your advantages and shortcomings/downfalls/places for improvement? = What are your strengths and weaknesses?
For my advantages, I know/believe I am a positive person. When I meet problems, I always think about how to solve them instead of complaining. I am a hard worker and can work under high stress. When the sales goal is high for me, I always think that if my coworkers can do it, why can’t I? So I just try my best. (to do my job/to meet the sales goal.)  I am an honest person, not only for my company but also my clients. I never exaggerate my project to my clients because my clients are more important than my company. A lot of people think sales representatives are liars but my clients don’t think this about me. I have been a sales woman for the past few years, I am really thankful for my clients’ recommendations which have helped me meet my sales goal.
