Shanghai government didn’t allow people smoke indoors since 3rd March. If you see someone who smoke in room, you can ask them to stop.
There are two situations, the first situation is some place they don’t manage people who smoke indoors. The second one is people who don’t cooperate for stop smoke.
Both situations you can call a 12320 that is a free hotline to solve . Then we have a specialized department who are require and punish with that.
