Grammar

Q: What did you do today?

First say this: I didn’t do much today. / I didn’t do anything today.

Then say this sentence structure: (I didn’t need to do sth.)

eg. I didn’t need to sell sth.

eg. I didn’t need to prepare a plan for my sales.

eg. I didn’t need to visit our customers.

Buy a suitable house is very difficult unless you don’t care the money. Actually,you need to focus on convenience, price; and the age of house. In my situation, I focus on they house what my children can go to a good school.
I’m rather buy a new one, even the price is more expensive than second-hand.because the feeling is really comfortable and you also don’t need to worry the previous did something what you don’t like it.

To buy/Buying a suitable house is very difficult unless you don’t care about money. Actually, people/buyers need to focus on convenience, price, and the age of the house. In my situation, I focus on the house’s location near a good school so my children can there.
I’d rather buy a new one, even if the price is more expensive than a previously owned house. The feeling is really comfortable and we also don’t need to worry that the previous owners/tenants/renters did something that we don’t like.
