Good words can make you warm，bad words can make you cold. The skill of communication is very important to you/people especially in your work life and in your personal/private life. However many people do not realize this thing，and don’t care about other people’s feelings. Maybe their meanings are not bad, but when they speak to you, they might make you hurt.
