Vocabulary

WFOE (wholly foreign-owned enterprise) – a 100% foreign-owned business license.

IPR (intellectual property rights) – the personal property and ideas of a company or individual.

I used to have a steady job, however, I was not happy with in this situation. So I dropped everything and left the company without telling my parents in advance.
I recently started to work as a freelancer and currently work for two companies. I have never regretted leaving my stable job, even my parents and most of my friends can not understand the reasons why I made that decision.
I think we always regret the things we don’t do but could have done. My success doesn’t have to be the same as everyone else‘s, I can have my own notion of success. I hope to be a free while most other people are still working for corporations and struggling with their jobs.
