Am I a workaholic? In my opinion, the best state is that stop multi-tasking. Coz it merely kills your focus. Work more when you’re in the zone, relax when you’re not. That is perfect. More work hours doesn’t mean more productivity. In fect, managers seems that only focus on how many work you have done rather than how well you have.

Correction –

Am I a workaholic? In my opinion, the most efficient way to work is to focus on one task at a time. Because multi-tasking kills your focus. I try to work more when I’m in the zone, and relax when I’m not. That is the perfect way for me. Working longer doesn’t mean more productivity. In fact, managers seem to only focus on how many projects you have completed rather than how well you have done them.
