My current company has a lot of problems to be improved.For example, the creative team is not stronger, and internal management is not well organized. I usually feel not comfortable for these problems, but my boss ask me to stay here through the promission of promotion and salary rise for me. however, I felt more and more unhappy, my promotion application didn’t approved by headquarter. So, I decided to resign the current job.
I am looking forward a higher position of account manager in another company. The new company and the old one may be the same industry. My ideal company should has good work atmosphere and nice colleagues with professional work attitude.That will make our cooperation more smoothly. The work scope of the bussiness should be more comprehensive , so that i can learn more new knowledge and skills. But at the same time, I should take more responsibilities for account manager. I need to work as a team leader, have strong leadership ability.
