Majority of my clients haven’t finished their school and are older than my parents.
They were born in very unsafe age in China -> unstable

40 years ago it was unstable, they were involved in shitty stuff / they were doing a lot of business in grey areas 
They can treat anything with money -> they consider everything from a monetary point of view / they put a price on everything
But we emphasize on branding. That is how other business do in other countries. They build their brand first and then think how do they reach the break even point. -> they think how to break even (v) / how to become profitable  / they only care about user adoption at first and consider profitability second.

During Covid 19 I have been dealing with clients who are selling low quality face masks / who were mass producing facemarks without QC>

they don’t care about the outcome, they just wanna make money and then leave/ run away so if I talk about you have to build your own brand/branding / brand ethic  they will be ok F you/ I don’t really care I just don’t want to listen to it. / they won’t listen to me.

In a conference meeting if I start talking about brand they will immediately lose attention on me . but many of them are rude and impolite they treat me not as a consultant but as a random person in a calling center./ they treat me without respect

When I make a cold call many of them just hang up, that is a very common case and at the beginning I felt uncomfortable with that / it would hurt but I got used to it. I will try the second time. It is just for a learning curve -> I take it as a learning curve

I don’t wanna serve the client or optimize the ad account for him but try again and see if I can do something differently  / change my pitch to make it more impactful 
If I can make things different

if the second time I make some differences I can create a great impact both for google and the client. / I take it as a win.

Twice is the farthest I can go, I won’t call the client 3 times. I feel it wastes my time.
I have a pattern of narratives so first I will confirm if he is the owner and then tell him I am his ad word consultant because many random agencies pretend they are from google. / many agencies use our name

He told me he don’t understand why people in SH office like working long hours
he cannot fit himself in it -> he doesn’t fit in

when she realized she made a mistake it was done/over / it had been executed and she couldn’t   reverse / wasn’t able to reverse it.
The app is so stupid, it recalls/remembers all the transfers that happened within this year and saves all the contact numbers so if you wanna add a new mobile and bank transfer a list will pop up.
when you want to transfer to a new number it will automatically show you a list of previous numbers you have used.
Their UI is not intuitive.

She couldn’t  remember who the person was and she called the bank and she got rejected and she asked if the bank could provide the contact number and the bank rejected her and she called the police and they accompanied her to go to the bank but it didn’t work.
She tried another way she transferred 1 cny to that person and left a message to ask can you give the money back.
She was 100% sure the person had seen the message but she had been waiting for 3 days without any reply from that person.
and finally she remembered who the person was.
That person was one of our suppliers so she called the person and asked her to give the money back and she paid us back.
