I will make some preparations for the next step such as to collect something. I can get some gaps during my working time. The gap is you have to arrange some orders before the factory produces before it or you next order will come in so maybe several days you are not busy so during this time I want to check running orders the everything is ok .

the feel is uncomfortable so maybe my personality is you good at keep running.

Daily routine, first step I will make a plan , what I need to finish on a working day then I will follow the plan or schedule to finish it but during my workdays I need to focus on several tasks because my position needs to manage all kinds of things within the small company so I need to take care of ongoing order processing what is the deliver time, the quality.  I need to contact the purchase assistant to understand how about the order and I need to contact designers and ask them about the proposal because we need to hand the proposal to our customers to get new orders so the key point is I need to contact my customers even include some new customers . we are trying to show some skills to them and trying to talk detail things about this case and compete some cases on the future. SO I need to manage them and explore some new customers.

I good at develop some business.
We are trading company so we couldn’t have our own product so our experience comes from relationship and finish some cases to accumulate good relationships with suppliers and customers and we also need to make a good team between them because we need to design a lot of things.

I joined our own family factory which was produce the metal parts so I also need to focus the sales value of the metal parts factory and we also can provide the metal parts for the market.
