Hope you are doing well, as you may know, our clients who targeted Indian market are always having (some) performance issues with Google Ads, which is a great pain point for us. / it has become an issue for us.
Hence Akmal and I are working with the Indian team to learn some insights about the local market, which will help us to understand better about what the common issues are and how to deal with them. / Akmal and I and working with the Indian team to understand the local market better and isolate reasons for those issues to deal with them.

So in order to understand the specific problems the Chinese exporters are facing (during the daily business), I have filtered the pods (includes MMS and SBS) which have the large ads spendings in the Indian market. And I would appreciate if you could help to fill this survey by the end of this Friday(2021.1.29) to provide us with the specific daily issues you are facing with the Indian market,

Once we acquire the information, we will consolidate them and talk with the Indian team, and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for nominating clients. The satisfaction rate is 4.8/5, and the number of clients who plan to pause Google Ads was 20% before the survey and decreased from to 5% after it.  A huge kudos to Linhan!

To maximize the impact/efficiency of focus group pitch, we suggest you to contact the attendees ASAP. We can start with simple questions such as “你觉得这个培训怎么样” and “有什么想采纳的么†to boost our productivity.

We can check on the Results Tracking Sheet and filter based on the pod name to find out which clients attended the session. The clients on Results Tracking are sorely based on form responses. So if you have clients who participated in today’s session but didn’t fill out the form, please help to manually input client’s information (including external CID, your pod name, email, and phone number) in the Results Tracking tab for better tracking.

The CNY Ads Plan Survey

Customized Joanna’s initial survey and sent it my top 20 customers. Then I analyzed survey results with Joanna. 8.3% of the 36 customers will increase budget during the CNY holiday, and 36% of them will cut ads budget. The rest of them will remain the same. Most of the cut-spending customers will start to reduce budget during 2/5 – 2/10, and will recover ads during 2/18 – 2/25.
