nothing special for me. still do a lot of things about my work and something to improve my team’s effective performance

our customer explained me that about our product design is worse than others so in Coronavirus time every company they don’t need to face a same situation. It is hard to get higher profit or opportunity so I will easy to worry about that so I need to change something to improve my performance.

In 2 weeks I spend maybe more than 40% of time on the design
I hope the customer will accept our design and say you get a little bit improvement than before.

according to explain from my customers they required me, they said you should fire your designer and find a new one so actually I do that for 1 week ago.
I uploaded the interview message but for now I couldn’t find a suitable one.

and there are less opportunities than before so I will easily worry about what I need to change to improve my performance. / I wonder about what I should change to make business better.

I hope the customer will accept our design proposal and recognize/notice improvement.

according to the explanation from my customers, they said you should fire your designer and find a new one so actually I did that 1 week ago.

I received a demand from my customer, they  asked me to find a new designer / they told me they didn’t want to work with the current designer anymore.
I uploaded/posted a job ad but for now I couldn’t find a suitable candidate.
