beside this there are a lot of discounts in the shopping malls.

for me I want to save, I think the economy cannot get back to normal quickly / the economy won’t see a V shaped recovery but I also see a lot of people consume.
I see the news that the auto market recovered very well last month. There are signals that the economy is getting better

There are many new buildings about to sell on the market and the price is going up. -> new buildings about to be sold / to hit the market
I heard from one of my colleagues who is planning to buy a bigger house and he told me the price for new buildings is going up quickly

Of course it is not fair because these people are the one who are the higher tier, -> these people belong to higher income tiers they got the benefits so they think it is fair but from the poor people’s perspective it is not fair.

I think not everyone accepts that but they don’t have ways to change the situation especially for people who are low in the hierarchy.
In recent years the government is taking measures in the education resources.=> takes measure to reduce inequalities in education resources
In past years the resources for the good public schools are limited.
and houses related to good school / houses which allowed you to enroll in good schools are popular which increased their price and recently there are reforms initiated by the government.

Now public school change how they accept students, not one house to one school but one house to several schools.  -> previously entry to a good school required to own a house nearby but now schools receive applications from a wider area and it offers better chances to good students

So if you buy the house you are not 100% to go to the good school  -> you are not 100% certain to access good schools
