In your opinion what should the government and central bank do to help SMEs in this situation?

The stock market , especially the US stock market is having the worst time.
I think currently China stock market has the best behavior in the world it is up and down up and down. But instead for the US stock market it has large decrease and it has stopped for trading for 3 times recently because of the large decline in 1 day.
It is very seldom.

Some of the companies like the online business are positive in this special period but I think the behavior of their stock price is not good because the market is in a panic position and the liquidity is very poor. So even if the performance is stable people don’t want to buy the shares and people are waiting.

The major reason for the large decrease is the fear of the coronavirus situation and the confidence of the investors.

I think it is not very correct from the action from the market the stock price increase the next day but gets back to a declining trend after that. this is a short term encourage for the market but not long term, The money you put on the market is only a short term.

I think it is likely they will be postponed due to the current situation of coronavirus spread across the world. it is not appropriate to hold gatherings for millions of people and from the recent news most of the countries have postponed the large activities like European cup.

I think it is safe to open museums gradually because for the last 2 weeks the confirmed cases are all imported from other countries. Currently the most dangerous areas are airports. If we can control them strictly it is much safer for the other areas of Shanghai and people need to get back to normal. The production has resumed I think maybe 70 or 80% and some public areas are reopenned but they are still limited but you need to check your temperature and register your ID card.

There must be some but from the news for the last 2 months I don’t remember a lot maybe only 1 or 2. They don’t want to increase some concerns for their health which may affect their future work and for the news maybe the news person don’t want to spread such news.
