Mechanic (n): 1- someone whose job is repairing the engines of cars and other machines.
E.g.: Buying that second-hand car without having it checked by a mechanic first cost us dear.
E.g.: “Don’t worry, your car will be ready tomorrow, ” the mechanic assured him.
E.g.: The mechanic pointed out the repair on the front of my car.
Dehumidifier (n): 1- a machine that removes water from the air in a room:
E.g.: If your basement’s always humid, consider a portable dehumidifier.
Compulsive (adj): 1- doing something a lot and unable to stop doing it:
E.g.:Donald Trump os a compulsive liar.
E.g.:He lost a lot of money due to compulsive gambling
E.g.:He has a compulsive eating disorder
OCD (n/adj): 1- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; a mental illness that causes a person to do something repeatedly for no reason.
E.g.: She suffered from OCD, so she didn’t like to leave the house very often.
