Homework #1

Hi D&Gļ¼Œ

You put a video online recently and I watched it. It made me feel uncomfortable. You wanted through baleful uglified Chinese people and Chinese tableware to protrude the Italian food or culture. As an international brand you didnā€™t do the right thing, which made Chinese people disappointed and hurt our heart. You can advertise your brand, your culture, but you shouldnā€™t use these way – uglifying other countryā€™s culture to protrude yours. You wanted to open China market but you didnā€™t respect Chinese, which would be boomed.

Regards,
Joan Chen

Homework #2

I think my bossā€™s type is ISTJ.She is a logical person and focus on the truth of things. Because our job decides that we must be careful and base on the truly data to do the analysis, so my boss isnā€™t a person who has imagination and creativity. It is the work type of my boss, maybe in her life, she is another type.
