In the next 5 years, I want to grow to the I would like to grow into a management role in your/the bank with where I will gain/learn new professional knowledges and skills to pass onto other colleagues. And I hope I can still focus on the credit analysis area. And I hope that my focus will still be in the credit analysis/assessment area. Also I want to involve myself in more portfolios for new clients and new industries, I hope I can learn more from these new clients or new deals.

Personally I have two kids now, I hope they can grow/grown up and manage themselves well in the next 5 years, and maybe then I can spend more time in with my work and my personal hobbies. I like traveling and painting.

Question: Do you consider yourself a team player or do you prefer to work by yourself?

I think I’m a good team member, but also if the work needs me to work independently I think I am also fine but also if the company [requires me] to work independently I think I am also [capable] of this. I prefer to work independently — because I think sometimes it take times takes time to communicate with others and I can work more efficiently and effectively only by myself. But if I work for a my work is a project/if my [assignment] is project-based work maybe [perhaps] I can talk with other people first for how to split we should [delegate] the work by us then I can work for my [complete] my part by myself own self.

Question: Where are your weak areas?

I think/Perhaps sometimes I don’t know how and when to communicate directly with other person people especially when I need to say no, I have noticed of this one [this tendency of mine] and I’m working very hard to improve it – these weaknesses may take more time and effort for from me when I work with other people – so I’m working hard to improve it.
