The final of “woman like me” will be held this weekend,which is the most popular TV reality show in China now.

There are 30 Chinese female stars who are all over the age of 30.
Finally, they will form a 7-woman pop band through the weekly competition with dance，solo and group performance.

Now a day, show business can be unforgiving in the treatment of older female stars.A lot of director who want to make something new, their camera lenses are always not friendly to actresses over 30. Good roles become harder and harder to be get as they grow older, in other words，they are washed-up.
This TV show will pit 30 women against to each other as they vie for 7 members in a woman pop band.The hook is that they are already celebrities, and they are not professional singers or dancers, just are actress. The show could be a golden opportunity for the these chosen women to enjoy their second succeed.
Over a few weeks, sisters will hone their dancing and singing skills with help from some celebrity coaches.
I was really surprised that reading the list of the participants, it included actresses and singers over the age of 50, and I love the boundary-breaking idea, I think it will encourage all women to never give up their dream and just do it, no matter how old you are！

Just like the words on the show’s promotional poster:
“Thirty sisters gather together to show their best selves on stage. By rising to intense competition and challenges, they will transform themselves to form a best band of sisters! ”

Among the performances of the sisters, “rose boy” and “longing for “ were my favorite. Especially Rose Boy, it is a sad but beautiful song, which pays homage to a teenager whose death in 2000 led to the passage of the Gender Equity Education Act in Taiwan.

30 sisters harmonized perfectly together with wonderful vocals and emotions, to give a moving performing. I am impressed deeply.
