Today I wanna share some experience about the cooking of a new dish I made.
That is a traditional dish of Hungary, Nemo told me slow-cooking meat and vegetable dishes are popular in Europe, I feel like it’s very similar to the stew meat with spices as main course on the dining-table in China. So I’m going to try to make it.

But before that, I have to look for some important ingredients such as paprika powder and bay leaf. Fortunately, I found them in the city-supermarket. Everything I need was already be prepared.

First, according to the recipe Nemo gave me, I chopped the onions and garlics into very small pieces,and put them into an iron pot which is good for stewing meat, and added salt and ground black pepper. Then, I set the pot on the stove and turn down the fame to stew for 20 minutes.

Next, I turned the soft onions and garlics, and added bay leaf and a lot of beef, and mixed them. And then, let it stew for a long time, and from time to time to stir.

One hour and a half later, I added two tea spoons paprika powder into the pot,and put it back on the stove again, and let it cook for another hour.

Finally, I added one piece of chocolate, until it was mixed into the soup as a liquid. The dish named Gulaš was done.

In the whole process, I haven’t added any more water. If you don’t want it tastes too dry, you could add little water.

Thanks to Nemo’s recommendation,I love it so much. The meat of this dish is very tender,it tastes very nice. I think the sauce really really is good for pasta or bread, or rice.

Although this recipe looks long, and you need spend long time to cook, but it is actually really easy to prepare.

I’m so happy that I got one more recipe in my Cookbook which is a collection about all kinds of dishes I learned from other people.

First, according to the recipe Nemo gave me, I chopped the onions and garlic into very small pieces/ I finely chopped the onion and garlic,and put them into an iron pot which is good for stewing meat, and added salt and ground black pepper. Then, I set the pot on the stove and turn down the fame to stew for 20 minutes.

Next, I stirred the softened onions and garlic, and added bay leaf and a lot of beef, and mixed them. after that, I let it stew for a long time, and from time to time I would stir.

One hour and a half later, I added two tea spoons of paprika powder into the pot,and I put it back on the stove again, and let it cook for another hour.

Finally, I added one piece of chocolate,and waited on it to completely melt and fuse with the stew. The dish named Gulaš was done.

In the whole process, I didn’t add any more water. If you don’t want it to be too dry, you could add a little bit of/some water.

Thanks to Nemo’s recommendation,I found this amazing dish which I love so much. The meat is very tender,it tastes very nice. I think that the sauce goes well with pasta or bread, or rice.
