I just changed my job two years ago. At that time I was like stock investor and so my job was do analysis of the listed companies and gave suggestions about whether to invest in specific stock. So i know much about financial and the business of the companies. I think I’m an expert of financial that’s why i can find another job as a CFO.

The reason that I want to go to Giant company which is my company now is that I think it will offer me a better way to achieve greatness to improve my management skills and earn more money as well.

My previous company is called CICC. It’s most famous investment bank in China. So I love it. I feel very grateful for what it offered me during my career in that company. And I think I have improved a lot. I have learned a lot in that company. But I think why I change it is because the job between the previous one and the one right now is totally different. The responsibilities – the things I should do is totally different. So I want to change it. I want to seek more challenges.

Environment. I was not familiar with the environment of this new company when I came here two years ago. And I think another one is my boss is a tough man. Hard working, he always give me very tough tasks. And i feel pressure when I came here. I’m not very used to his working style his communicating style. But now I think I have got through those things.

If you realize that you work hard that you get paid more and if you do not do that you will lose your decent life conditions thats the most effective education. I think its definitely incorrect to directly give people money to buy food or something like that. That’s a bad idea which encourage lazy people but punish hard working people.
