Speaking exercise

Because we live in suburb, we don’t live in city centre so our houses are connected. Usually, a 3-course meal is around 360RMB, but yesterday I tried it’s around 330RMB. I know it’s not much, but there are some good deals at other places. You don’t have to pay up-front unless it’s a very expensive restaurant. If you think in their way, it probably feels bad if you don’t show.

In my previous experience, I bring my family to go there for a meal and we expect to be full after the meal, but we come out feeling not full. We know when we go there it is fine dining, and we see the food is small portion, it is very small.

Revised:

Because we live in a suburb and we don’t live in the city centre so our houses are connected. Usually, a 3-course meal costs around 360RMB, but yesterday, when I dined over there, it’s around 330RMB. I know the difference isn’t much, but there are some good deals at other places. You don’t have to pay up-front unless it’s a very expensive restaurant. If you’re coming from their perspective/point-of-view, it probably feels bad if you don’t show up/you’re a no-show.

From my previous experience, I brought my family to go there for a meal and we expected to be full after the meal, but we left feeling not full. We know/understand that it is fine dining, and we expect the food to be in small portions, but they are very small/tiny.Â
