Sometimes I went to gym to do some other exercise like yoga, Zumba etc. I like to do exercise. Now, I have less time to do exercises especially for the last year. And now, I have a bell now. I like to eat vegetables, fruits, but fruits has too much sugar. Compared to others, my eating habit is better. I’m trying to control my eating habit. I don’t like to eat the food with too much oil. I don’t like carbs too. I eat rice but I just control the portions. I like to go out with my friends to have dinner and just walk. I like to walk in the park. I still spend time with my friends at my university. I schedule a lot of time in the weekend to take classes online or go out.
