Those days i work from home and i don’t need to clock in.So my life become unregular(i have no routine in my life).It mainly affects my bioclock,which is reversed.I’m wide awake at night,sometimes It will continues the whole night.I usually watch a few movies and look at My wechat moments,then i know who doesn’t sleep like me.Many people like to post on wechat when they have insomnia.In the daytime,I always feel sleepy and go to bed for a long time.Then i couldn’t fall asleep again. it’s very annoying.
